What's the Best Time to Meditate Each Day?

Is there a ‘best‘ time to sit meditation?
This question is as ancient as the practice of meditation itself.
Do I meditate before having coffee?
After coffee?
As soon as I hop out of bed?
What about in the evening before bed?
What about… in bed? 🤷🏼♂️
Before I tell you what I believe the answer is, let’s pause and consider something.
Pause to consider your why.
Why am I meditating?
Why do you engage in this practice?
Is it to lower your blood pressure?
To feel more relaxed?
To escape your current stressors?
If you recall, meditation is when you pay attention to the present moment in a focused, non-judgmental manner.
Therefore, meditation is:
NOT avalid treatment for hypertension (though it might result in lower blood pressure)
NOT a relaxation technique (though you may feel relaxed after meditati…
