In Buddhism's vast landscape, two prominent traditions, Zen and Theravada, have captured the hearts and minds of practitioners. While these traditions may seem distinct, each with its own unique practices and cultural expressions, there exists a beautiful intersection where I draw inspiration from the rich tapestry of mindfulness and wisdom each offers.
