If you’re thinking about renewing your commitment to mindfulness and meditation, I have something for you that takes minimal time and almost no effort.

Topic #1 - The #30DaySangha

Most of us feel that a new year is the perfect time for making resolutions, but annual resolutions are rarely successful. A year is a long time to commit to a new course of action without the certainty of knowing it will be worthwhile.

Instead, I’ve found that 30-90 days is a more manageable timeframe for creating new habits and practices. Three months is more than enough time to know if your commitment is on track, needs tweaking, or isn’t right for you.

Who wants to waste a year on something that doesn’t benefit us? Why not join me in a 30-day commitment to renew your daily meditation practice? Here’s what’s involved — and I promise this is more than doable.
